Hypnobirthing Courses

A 3 hour Hypnobirthing masterclass to learn some Hypnobirthing essentials in a 1:1 environment with a local qualified midwife. Come away from the day feeling much more informed about the birth process, armed with a Hypnobirthing toolkit to make you feel calm and confident to boss your birth!

The course is held in my studio, 48 High Street, Northallerton. Tea & coffee facilities and snacks provided. This 1:1 masterclass is ideal to fit into busy lives. Maybe it’s your first baby and you want to feel informed and confident, or maybe you’ve had a baby before and this time you are hoping things are different and you want to be more in control. Normally conducted on a mutually arranged weekday evening, this is a short, intensive but fantastic option to become a lot more prepared and informed regarding birth and your options. The main benefit of a 1:1 is the ability to tailor the course to you and your birth partner.

You’ll receive a beautiful canvas welcome bag with a comprehensive workbook to refer to, and a bunch of goodies including positive birth affirmation cards. You will have access to a members area and a range of Hypnobirthing Mp3 tracks to download.
