Prepare for Birth
-
We would all prefer labour to begin naturally in order to avoid any unnecessary medical intervention. If labour does begin spontaneously, it is more likely to progress normally, with minimum or no intervention. Stress and anxiety are big contributing factors that delay the onset of labour. This treatment therefore aims to aid relaxation, reduce stress hormones and help facilitate birth physiology. Prepare for birth treatments are available from 37 weeks gestation and may require ongoing weekly treatments for maximum effect.
