Women’s Wellness Massage

Massage is well known to have many benefits such as reducing muscle tension, providing relaxation, improving sleep, reducing stress and anxiety, improving circulation and stimulating the lymphatic system.
Aromatherapy involves the use of highly concentrated essential oils extracted from plants in a variety of ways, used for therapeutic purposes. Essential oils each have numerous beneficial properties, so when added to a massage, it enhances those benefits further, promoting physical and emotional wellbeing. Aromatherapeutic massage is a mixture of Swedish massage and lymphatic drainage.
